Workers' Compensation: We accept authorized Worker's Compensation cases and provide supporting reports, as well as requests for authorization for further treatment as needed. 

Medical Legal: Speech Matters provides high quality medical-legal assessments and reports for legal proceedings for children and adults. Our speech therapists can assign whole person impairment ratings for the areas of speech, language and voice and are available to serve as expert witnesses as necessary.

Fees will be based on an hourly rate for:

1. Preparatory reading of reports and medical notes
2. Assessment of client
3. Preparation of expert witness/medical-legal report
4. Travel
5. Attendance in court
6. Any other activity jointly agreed upon

Speech Therapy services are available in English or Spanish and our clinicians are experienced with working in conjunction with interpreters.
